Job Description
This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals eager to launch a successful career in property rentals with a reputable and internationally recognized brand. As a Rental Intern Estate Agent, you will take over an existing rental book valued at R10,000 per month. The role involves listing and marketing rental properties, placing tenants, managing properties, conducting inspections, handling lease agreements and mandates, and addressing tenant queries. This position offers the benefit of mentorship and full support, with opportunities to grow into a full-status rental agent.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
List, market, and rent out residential properties
Conduct credit checks and place tenants
Complete lease agreements and mandate documentation
Manage rental properties and maintain tenant relationships
Perform property inspections and compile reports
Handle rental queries and coordinate resolutions
Maintain accurate records and rental documentation

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Requirements:
Matric Certificate (Essential)
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is an advantage
Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Must reside in or very near Milnerton
Must own a laptop and mobile phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong administrative, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
