How to Apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop farm infrastructure
Manage land use within MUTI
Oversee estate maintenance, repairs and renovations
Coordinate Livestock Management
Coordinate activities within the school
Ensure Compliance to Agricultural regulations and good practices
Conduct risk assessments and inspections
Prepare and manage Estate budgets
Foster positive team dynamics within the facility
Maintain records for the estate and keep them updated at all times
Develop periodic reports for the attention of your supervisor
Any other assignment on behalf of UWESO provided by your supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A Degree in Agro Business development field, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other related field
A postgraduate diploma in project management will be an added advantage
3 year Managerial experience
Knowledge and experience in business development will be an added advantage.
Computer Literacy and Documentation Skills are a must have, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is required
Excellent communication skills
Accurate attention to detail
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
