How to Apply

 Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and develop farm infrastructure 

  • Manage land use within MUTI 

  • Oversee estate maintenance, repairs and renovations 

  • Coordinate Livestock Management 

  • Coordinate activities within the school  

  • Ensure Compliance to Agricultural regulations and good practices 

  • Conduct risk assessments and inspections  

  • Prepare and manage Estate budgets 

  • Foster positive team dynamics within the facility 

  • Maintain records for the estate and keep them updated at all times 

  • Develop periodic reports for the attention of your supervisor 

  • Any other assignment on behalf of UWESO provided by your supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • A Degree in Agro Business development field, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other related field  

  • A postgraduate diploma in project management will be an added advantage 

  • 3 year Managerial experience 

  • Knowledge and experience in business development will be an added advantage. 

  • Computer Literacy and Documentation Skills are a must have, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is required  

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Accurate attention to detail 

  • Goal-oriented, organized team player 

  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
