Job Description
The UI/UX Designer will be crucial in crafting and maintaining Kanzu Code’s visual identity. The consultant will ensure design consistency across all platforms and digital materials, improve UI/UX in web and mobile applications, and produce marketing and promotional materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to create wireframes, mockups, and banking interfaces while ensuring optimized graphics for various devices. The role also involves working on motion graphics, illustrations, and staying updated with current design trends.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Brand Guidelines: Establish and uphold visual branding elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography.
Ensure Design Consistency: Maintain uniformity across digital, print, and marketing materials.
Enhance UI/UX Design: Improve user engagement and accessibility in web and mobile applications.
Create Marketing & Promotional Materials: Design ads, infographics, brochures, posters, and landing pages.
Develop Social Media Visuals: Produce graphics for posts, stories, thumbnails, and campaigns.
Collaborate with Developers: Work on UI wireframes, mockups, and intuitive banking interfaces.
Optimize Graphics for Performance: Ensure visuals are responsive and perform well across different devices.
Design Business & Corporate Materials: Create business cards, letterheads, reports, and presentations.
Assist with Motion Graphics & Illustrations: Work on animations, icons, and fintech data visualizations.
Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up with industry standards and best practices to innovate designs.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related disciplines.
Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in design.
Experience using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
Experience in branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, or web design is a plus.
Freelance projects, internships, or a strong portfolio can substitute formal experience.
