Job Description
As a Training & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs, designing effective programmes, and measuring the impact of training initiatives, and reports to the Human Resource Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Training & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs, designing effective programmes, and measuring the impact of training initiatives, and reports to the Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field Proven experience in designing and delivering trai ng training programmes
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult leaming theories. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
