Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in an intensive training program designed to expose you to various departments within Ecobank.
Gain hands-on experience in banking operations, customer relationship management, risk management, and financial analysis.
Assist in various banking functions, such as account management, financial reporting, and loan processing.
Work closely with experienced professionals to learn and develop banking skills and knowledge.
Take part in special projects and initiatives that will drive the bank’s strategic objectives.
Provide administrative support as needed within different teams.

Qualifications and Competencies
Qualifications and Requirements:
Age: 26 years and under.
Education: Recent graduate or final-year student graduating soon with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Economics (other closely related disciplines may be considered).
Academic Performance: Must have obtained or be on track to obtain a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and self-motivation.
