Job Description
The Trainee Field Agents will undergo structured training and mentorship to gain knowledge and practical skills in WASH services. They will be responsible for promoting company services, educating clients about hygienic solutions, and driving customer acquisition. The role also entails gathering feedback from clients and the market to inform business strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and WASH-related services while contributing to improved community health and sanitation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients to promote BAJ’s services and products.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Negotiate and secure new contracts with clients.
Educate clients on available services, including BAJ hygienic pots and water solutions.
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Support in community outreach and awareness activities.
Represent the company professionally in all engagements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Public Health, Water Engineering, or Plumbing.

Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
