Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and bar drinks
- Learn and apply barista and bartending techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with clients professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
