Position Overview

We are hiring two Temporary Procurement Support Staff to strengthen our procurement processes in Kampala, with a focus on supporting operations in the West Nile region.


Key Objectives

  • Establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers for goods, services, and works in the West Nile region.

  • Set up and renew framework agreements for frequently procured goods and services.

How to Apply

  • Evaluate supplier prequalification applications.

  • Renew existing framework agreements.

  • Facilitate bid openings and evaluations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or logistics, ideally in a humanitarian or NGO setting.

  • Experience in supplier prequalification and contract management.

  • Knowledge of procurement laws and strategic sourcing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • CIPS certification is an added advantage.
