Position Overview
We are hiring two Temporary Procurement Support Staff to strengthen our procurement processes in Kampala, with a focus on supporting operations in the West Nile region.
Key Objectives
Establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers for goods, services, and works in the West Nile region.
Set up and renew framework agreements for frequently procured goods and services.

How to Apply
Evaluate supplier prequalification applications.
Renew existing framework agreements.
Facilitate bid openings and evaluations.
Draft and manage supplier contracts.
Prepare procurement reports and submit them for approval.
Support in updating and maintaining the supplier database.
Deliverables
Approved supplier list for West Nile region.
New and renewed framework agreements for Kampala and West Nile.
Reporting To:
Head of Logistics and Supply Chain – Kampala Office
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or logistics, ideally in a humanitarian or NGO setting.
Experience in supplier prequalification and contract management.
Knowledge of procurement laws and strategic sourcing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CIPS certification is an added advantage.
