Job Description
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is seeking a self-motivated and versatile individual to fill the position of Temporary Consular Receptionist. Applicant must have valid residence status in Uganda. The working language is primarily English, but knowledge of Korean language and culture is preferable.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the Consular Section.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls, providing basic information regarding consular services.
- Receive and process civil complaints and consular applications (e.g., visas, passports, notarizations).
- Manage official correspondence and Consular records (filing, document processing, and organizing paperwork).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Consular Section.
