Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Kampala. This full-time hybrid position focuses on generating leads, promoting, and selling our products and services via phone.

How to Apply
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Koolbox products and services.
Follow up on leads and successfully close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and sales activities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated interest or experience in telesales.
Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to meet targets.
Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
