How to Apply
Agile & Sprint Leadership: Help plan, facilitate, and manage our Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for a small team.
Project Coordination: Define sprint goals, create clear roadmaps, and track timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
ClickUp Management:
Manage and maintain our project backlogs, boards, and workflows exclusively within ClickUp.
Create and configure tasks, custom fields, and views to optimize our development lifecycle.
Generate and share key reports and dashboards from ClickUp to track progress (e.g., burndown, velocity) and communicate status.
Technical Liaison: Use your strong technical background to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical tasks for the development team.
Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and help remove roadblocks, dependencies, and risks that could impact the team’s sprint goals.
Team Communication: Serve as the central point of communication for the project, ensuring your team and key stakeholders are always aligned.
Process Improvement: Actively learn and contribute to refining our Agile processes and ClickUp usage, helping the team become more efficient and productive.
1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, team lead, or scrum master role.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)).
Experience configuring automations or advanced features within ClickUp.
Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications:
Strong Technical Background: This is essential. You must have a degree in Computer Science OR equivalent professional experience as a software developer, QA engineer, systems analyst, or a similar hands-on technical role.
Willingness to Learn: You have a strong desire to grow into a formal project management role and are eager to learn on the job.
Agile Understanding: A solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and a genuine passion for applying them in a practical way.
Tool Proficiency: Demonstrable experience using ClickUp to manage tasks and projects. (You don’t need to be a certified expert, but you should be comfortable with its core features).
Communication & Organization: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. You can articulate complex technical ideas to different audiences and have the potential to lead and motivate a team.
