Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader - Spare Parts Mbarara

Duty Station: Mbarara, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the spare parts team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control.
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance regarding spare parts.
Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven 3 years experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
