Job Description

Job Title:  Talent and Learning Manager

This position holds overall responsibility for creating and driving innovative talent and learning strategies that attract, and nurture diverse talent in alignment with Qcil’s strategic objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusivity.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.

  • Membership or certification from a recognized HR professional body is desirable.


Required Experience & Competences

  • At least 10 years’ experience of broad-based background in talent development and learning with at least 5 years at managerial level.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Implementing learning and development Programs.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, conduct analyses, and develop solutions.

  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

  • Adaptability to high levels of ambiguity and organisational change.

  • Well-developed people skills with ability to influence others.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for quick decision making and holistic problem solving.

  • Ability to initiate new ideas and practices.
