Job Title:  Talent and Learning Manager

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.

  • Membership or certification from a recognized HR professional body is desirable.


Required Experience & Competences

  • At least 10 years’ experience of broad-based background in talent development and learning with at least 5 years at managerial level.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Implementing learning and development Programs.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, conduct analyses, and develop solutions.

  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

  • Adaptability to high levels of ambiguity and organisational change.

  • Well-developed people skills with ability to influence others.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for quick decision making and holistic problem solving.

  • Ability to initiate new ideas and practices.
