Job Description
The Supply Service Manager will act as a key liaison between Reckitt and its major customers, ensuring service excellence, developing customer-specific strategies, and driving key performance metrics. The role includes leading a dedicated customer service team, improving logistics processes, and using analytics to enhance decision-making. The manager will be responsible for aligning operational execution with business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and lead high-performing, customer-specific service teams.
Ensure consistent and effective daily communication with customers and internal sales teams.
Drive service metrics such as Perfect Order Fulfilment (PFR), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), and cost-to-serve.
Serve as the central point of contact between Reckitt and major clients.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Strengthen internal and external relationships through strategic partnership management.
Use advanced analytics for informed, data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with planning and logistics teams to optimize supply chain execution.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience Required:
Proven leadership experience in a supply chain/customer service environment.
Experience in supply chain or sales with a strong understanding of key performance indicators.
