Job Description
The Risk and Quality Assurance Internship is designed to give recent graduates practical exposure to operational risk analysis, project monitoring, and quality assurance processes within a regulatory framework. The intern will assist in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, supporting internal audits, and improving systems that enhance organizational performance and compliance.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in conducting risk assessments and documenting key risk areas
Support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance frameworks
Contribute to internal audits and reporting on compliance with standards
Assist in data collection and analysis for monitoring and evaluation purposes
Help maintain documentation of risk management activities and QA findings
Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities
Perform any other tasks assigned within the department
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Must be below 35 years of age
Should not have participated in the Authority’s previous Internship or Young Professionals Programs
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
