Job Description
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team across clinical, operational, finance, and quality management roles.
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and logistics within the hospital, ensuring timely availability of medical supplies, equipment, and services to support clinical and operational activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and general hospital materials.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, including stock-taking and reconciliation.
- Developing and implementing supply chain procedures and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives within the supply chain.
- Coordinating storage, handling, and distribution of supplies across departments.
- Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks and delays.
- Preparing regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
- Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to forecast supply needs.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
