Job Description
On behalf of our client China International Telecommunication Construction Corporation (CITCC), we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Project Reporting Officer to work in Kampala.
Job purpose:
The Project Reporting Officer is responsible for independently preparing and managing project reports related to telecommunication infrastructure activities. The role ensures that all reports meet the required standards for review and approval by the National Information Technology Authority – Uganda (NITA-U). The officer will also provide general administrative and operational support to the project team within the office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Project Reporting & Documentation
- Job board subscriptionsPrepare and submit comprehensive project reports in line with CITCC standards and NITA-U requirements.
- Compile and verify project information from relevant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all submitted reports and approvals.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure reports meet the documentation and compliance standards required for NITA-U review and approval.
- Address any feedback or revisions required by regulatory authorities or management.
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Support routine office tasks and maintain proper records of project documents.
