Job Description
SPOUTS International is seeking a skilled Factory Mechanic & Welder to ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role is critical in maintaining smooth production processes and supporting the factory’s operational goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, welding, and fabrication of factory machinery and equipment.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industrial regulations.
- Assist in machine operation and provide training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities to support operational decisions.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
