How to Apply
Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and historical data to accurately predict customer demand and optimize inventory levels.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to address issues and optimize performance.
Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.

Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Procurement Manager preferably in the cosmetics industry
Special requirements
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
4-6 Years of experience.
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders (verbal and written)
Strong negotiation skills
Experience in managing import and exports activities and freight forwarding
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (ERP, Microsoft 365 Business Central beneficial)
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Aptitude in decision-making and working with
numbers
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Personal skills / expectations
