Job Description
Job Summary: To deliver quality, standard and timely services to the entire humanity and their property. Responsible for effective Management of all deployments, & Supervising guards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- To supervise the performance of guards in a given area and ensure that they carry out their duties efficiently to prevent theft or damage to client’s property and premises.
- Ensure that all guards at posts have all the necessary equipment and are smartly dressed in uniform.
- To ensure that all guards understand the respective assignment instructions and that they carry them out efficiently.
- Maintain regular contact with the duty operations controller and report to him immediately and absence, breach of discipline or misconduct of guards.
- Maintain regular contacts with clients and submit accurate reports on status of each assignment in your given area.
- Make entries in the supervisor Occurrence Book and record detailed reports.
- Report all incidences immediately & assist in investigations.
- To provide a daily deployment report, Supervision reports & other written weekly reports to the operations manager.
- Conduct customer care feedback & do marketing function as well.
- Maintain regular contacts with relevant authorities & police in your zone.
- Report immediately any other issues affecting your guards to relevant offices.
- Maintain the company motorcycle in good condition by taking good care of it.
- Perform any other duties given to you by the Line manager.
