The Supervisor Financial Literacy Sensitisation supports the Manager in implementing strategic initiatives and provides key insights and guidance in financial literacy, wealth management, and engagement programs for recruits and members of the Fund.

How to Apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Strategic Development:
Develop the Sensitisation Strategy across platforms, regions, and member categories.
Develop and create standard training manuals, FL circular, and training tools and aids for the different target audiences and delivery forums
Maintain and update financial literacy and education training content, products, and services, including e-learning tools and materials for special needs groups.
Coordinate the customisation programs and projects for content translation to local languages as well as category lingo, format, and forums.
Develop and routinely review a sensitisation and education matrix for the targeted audiences.
Develop performance, monitoring, and evaluation parameters for both the educators and the intended audiences to track impact and behavioural changes due to the initiatives and programs implemented for them
Develop an engagement frame of the targeted universe of members, prospects, and public upon which programs, tasks, and initiatives would be applied as and when identified in collaboration with Partnerships and enterprise sections
Development of tools and programs to enhance self-help and learning targeted for the mass market, as well as foster autonomous service
Training:
Identify, review, and document the training needs and education gaps of the various targeted audiences
Design appropriate training plans for the targeted audience
Coordinate, organise, and deliver various training employing the relevant methodology for the targeted audience, accounting for participation, engagement, learning, and impact
Conduct monitoring and impact measurement of Training activities and programs.
Document and prepare reports for management and stakeholders on sensitisation, training tasks, initiatives, and programs
Offer expert opinion on industry practice, status, and position of the Fund in line with programs run towards attainment of set targets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with stakeholders to promote willingness to save and grow contributions and membership.
Mobilise resources for financial literacy initiatives through stakeholder engagements, alternative funding, and sponsorships.
Deliver the Fund message at national and global platforms in line with Financial Literacy and education as a tool for the creation of willingness to save
Team supervision and development
Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring that all team members are motivated and equipped to achieve their objectives.
Provide training and development opportunities to build the capabilities of the Training team.
Collaborate with functional management teams to assess training and engagement needs.
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the team
Develop skilling programs and plans for the Fund staff in collaboration with the ODM
Monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment
Publish a routine progress report on the programs, initiatives, tasks, and training conducted
Coordinate surveys and research that speak to the improvement of the delivery of the programs
Prepare research reports on various attributes of the engaged audiences, as well as make recommendations to management and stakeholders for further development
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in education, Adult Learning, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional certification in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning & Development (L&D), Instructional Design, TOT Training of Trainers or Digital Learning Facilitation is desirable.
Relevant membership in professional training or learning associations is an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of seven (7) years’ relevant experience in training, education, or sensitisation program management, with at least three (3) years at a team leader or supervisory level.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training and sensitisation programs across diverse audiences and geographic locations.
Demonstrated expertise in the full training cycle:
a) Training Needs Analysis (TNA) – identifying skills gaps and learning requirements across segments.
b) Design & Development – creating tailored curricula, manuals, e-learning modules, and multilingual materials for different learner groups.
c) Delivery & Facilitation – leading both in-person and digital training for varied audience sizes.
d) Assessment & Evaluation – applying Kirkpatrick or similar models to measure impact and improve program effectiveness.
Experience in capacity building for internal teams, including training trainers, facilitators, and field educators.
Skilled in data-driven training improvement — using analytics and learner feedback to refine content and methods.
Exposure to multilingual, multicultural, or cross-sector program delivery is an added advantage.
