Job Summary: The Supervisor E-Banking will report to Manager E-Banking & will be responsible for the growth of the Bank’s Electronic Channels Platform by supporting the development and enhancement of the Bank’s e-banking products and services including the day-to-day cards operations.
Identify potential new e-banking businesses and develop them into revenue generating opportunities for the Bank.
Develop and implement strategies for the effective operation of the e-banking unit.
Consistently research, monitor and implement strategies to ensure growth in market share of the Bank’s e-banking products and services.
Monitor and ensure effective control and mitigation of risks associated with e-banking operations.
Ensure innovation and work to improve the Bank’s e-banking channels, including evaluating product opportunities on the Bank’s technology platform.
Improve service quality results by studying, evaluating, re-designing processes and implementing change.
Supervise the rollout of the E Banking channel platform for the bank and monitor and evaluate all related activities thereafter.
Responsible for the promotion and sale of all e-banking products to Bank customers.
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree
At least four years of related work experience
