Job Description
Reporting to the Secretariat’s leadership, the Officer supports end-to-end sub-programme delivery: annual and quarterly work planning and budgeting; coordination with MDAs, local governments, and private-sector partners; results monitoring and reporting; risk and issue management; and compliance with MoFPED standards. The role contributes to policy/strategy inputs, prepares briefs and progress reports, supports performance reviews, and ensures timely delivery of agreed outputs.

How to Apply
Lead sub-programme planning, budgeting, and implementation tracking.
Coordinate stakeholders (government, development partners, private sector) for timely delivery.
Compile technical briefs, progress updates, and results frameworks; support reviews/evaluations.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; propose mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with GoU procedures, performance and reporting standards.
Support procurement/contract and financial performance follow-up in liaison with relevant units.
Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy/Administration, Finance, Business, Development Studies, or related field (postgraduate qualification an added advantage).
Solid experience in programme/project coordination, M&E, and stakeholder management (public sector/DP environments an advantage).
Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills; proficiency with MS Office.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities; high integrity.
