Job Description
The Strategy Advisor will support the Director, Programmes, Fundraising and Communications (PFC), by offering strategic guidance, analytical insights, and operational support on high-priority initiatives. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders (institutional donors, partners, programme teams, and governance bodies), preparing analysis and briefings, and supporting decision-making at senior levels. The role requires political awareness, confidentiality, agility in a dynamic environment, and alignment with ActionAid’s feminist values and leadership ethos.
