Job Vacancy: Strategic Partnerships & New Initiatives Officer
Organization: Joint Medical Store (JMS)

Reports to: Manager – Programs, Partnerships & Advisory Services

Joint Medical Store (JMS) is a church-founded, private not-for-profit organization with a mission to “Provide value-adding health solutions to accredited health units and other stakeholders.” We are inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates to join our dynamic team in the position below:
Job Purpose:
The Strategic Partnerships & New Initiatives Officer will lead the business development function of JMS. The role involves:
Developing concept notes, grant proposals, and funding applications.
Identifying and securing strategic partnerships and funding opportunities.
Engaging donors and stakeholders to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and input into new initiatives.
Contributing to the organization’s long-term financial sustainability and growth.
