Job Description
Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing (Social Media) Officer to market their company’s apartments and event gardens, maximizing occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility through digital and social media platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote apartments and event gardens
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation
- Run targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Work closely with the operations team to market available apartments and event packages
- Generate qualified sales leads from digital and offline campaigns
