Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Custodian to act as the first point of contact for their property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is kept clean, secure, and well-maintained, while also supervising and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the property
- Ensure the property is kept clean at all times
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure a secure, clean environment
- Supervise landscaping, gardening, and maintenance activities to maintain property standards
- Coordinate with technical staff and service providers to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks
- Supervise and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plumbing, electrical, structural, and other facility systems
- Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with contracts
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and repair logs
