Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead mobilization and assessments of children, families, churches, and local pastors for Bible and SNC material needs
- Support development of local SNC material in partnership with local churches
- Lead procurement and distribution of Bibles and age-appropriate SNC material
- Roll out SCORE SNC interventions through program structures including holiday camps, school-based SNC clubs, Bible studies, and parent peer support groups
- Ensure Bukooma SFP framework and SOP integrates SNC
- Lead SCORE church partnership mandate in Bukooma for SNC and child wellbeing
- Support development, nurturing and sustenance of local church partnerships for SCORE project outcomes
- Maintain SCORE project monitoring agenda tracking outcome and output indicators
- Work with MEAL and DMEAL officers to ensure SCORE data is monitored and reported
- Document feedback, lessons learned and stories of transformation
- Maintain SCORE project risk management matrix and learning agenda
