Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prospect, sell and engage public sector bodies to achieve segment growth and profitability
- Create and develop public sector customer proposals based on needs analysis
- Drive utility growth and collections in liaison with sales team
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and write call reports
- Monitor and control accounts to maximize balances, cross-sell and revenue
- Attend to day-to-day and medium-term needs of public sector customers
- Coordinate with Sales, Branch and Credit teams on requirements
- Interface with product specialists to ensure product knowledge is up to date
- Compile weekly calling programme reports and present to Head Public Sector
- Manage operational delivery and respond to customer complaints
