Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of M&E systems, SOPs, guidance and tools
- Participate in program design and proposal discussions including log frame design and budgeting for M&E
- Support program staff in planning and executing M&E activities
- Compile periodic quantitative output reports and ensure timely reporting into GORS
- Lead preparation of high-quality analytical reports for donors and internal NRC use
- Facilitate capacity-building initiatives and technical trainings for program and M&E staff
- Provide technical and surge support to field teams through regular visits
- Lead periodic grant reviews ensuring M&E data informs program adjustments
- Monitor indicators and track target achievement across projects
- Ensure all activities comply with NRC's Safe and Inclusive Programming guidelines
