Job Description
Provide reliable IT support to the Head Office and branches in line with the organization's IT policies and standards. Responsible for resolving escalated technical issues, administering systems and software, supporting network infrastructure, and overseeing hardware setup and maintenance. Reports to IT Support Lead.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support computer systems, troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, and implement new tools and setups
- Support existing LAN/WAN network environment and implement new elements such as routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure
- Administer the helpdesk system, assign tickets, and generate weekly and monthly reports
- Complete system installs and upgrades, conduct analyses of computer systems
- Prepare HW and SW for company employees and manage IT asset inventory
- Provide technical support and maintenance of office equipment including printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Set up call center accounts and softphones, and support call center system
- Install, troubleshoot and support applications across departments
- Work with IT Admin to ensure efficient IT support operations
- Prepare internal reports
