Extract and conduct preliminary analysis of data across the various partner systems in order to match this against the core banking systems customer master file that drives customer data integrity.
Responsible for processes related to the movement and consolidation of data from multiple sources across the organization to provide a complete, accurate and up to date dataset for business intelligence, data analysis and other applications and business process.
Extract and conduct preliminary analysis of data across the various partner systems in order to match this against the core banking systems customer master file that drives customer data integrity.
Fix data misalignment between the customer master file and the partner systems as agreed with Partner System owners and Data Remediation teams and support fixing data errors emanating from the integration causing misalignments between the customer master file and partner systems.
Identify misalignment between partner systems and core banking systems customer master file and support preparation of appropriate reports detailing the findings such as data comparison reports and dashboards and IT models (i.e. reports in Qlikview) to support the reports and dashboards
Liaise and collaborate with the EDO team, providing support to the department for its integration needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information and translate the business requirements into integration outcomes. Presents findings and observations to team for development of recommendations.
Make data updates in line with risk and compliance requirements and ensure that all issues are addressed before any updates are made. Ensures that all partner system updates are in line with Compliance regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

Experience Required
3 - 5 years working experience. The role requires a good understanding of data principles, how data fit's in an organisation and more specifically bank's data including customers, products as well as transactional information. In addition, the roles requires knowledge of integration patterns, styles, protocols and systems theory.
Business Process Improvement; The identification of new and alternative approaches to performing business activities. The analysis of business processes, including recognition of the potential for automation of the processes, assessment of the costs and potential benefits of the new approaches considered and, where appropriate, management of change and assistance with implementation.
Data Integrity; The ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data for the duration that the data is stored as well as preventing unintentional alterations or loss of data.
IT Applications; The knowledge and understanding of all relevant IT applications and architecture in order to perform required development and maintenance
IT Systems; Knowledge and understanding of various IT systems and related configurations as applied within a specified business environment.
IT Business Analysis; Knowledge and ability to analyze business requirements to be met by IT solutions. Proficiency Level: SEASONED - Applies concepts without requiring supervision, able to provide technical guidance when required
