Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely restocking.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Experience in spare parts sales, automotive or heavy machinery industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of spare parts and vehicle/machinery components
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
