Donswift Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bridal Shop in Kampala. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales staff and tailors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and efficient store management.

How to Apply
Supervise and manage all day-to-day activities of the bridal shop.
Lead, train, and motivate sales personnel and tailors to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee inventory management, liaise with suppliers, and handle stock replenishment.
Ensure timely processing, tailoring, and delivery of client orders.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor shop performance, generate sales reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in retail or shop management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Prior experience in the fashion or bridal industry is an added advantage.
