Job Description
Pretty Little Baby is seeking a vibrant, friendly, and compassionate female Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a warm and welcoming retail environment. You will play a key role in supporting parents and caregivers as they select quality products for their little ones, ensuring a memorable and helpful shopping experience.

How to Apply
Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance to help them find suitable baby products (e.g., clothing, feeding accessories, toys, nursery items).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store products and clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage.
Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, mobile money, and card payments securely.
Ensure the shop is tidy and well-organized, with fully stocked shelves and attractive displays.
Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, stock counting, and reporting low inventory.
Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to social media engagement when required.
Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in FMCG or a family-focused retail environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
Basic math and numeracy skills for handling sales and inventory.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new procedures and product knowledge.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
Familiarity with social media is an added advantage.
