Pretty Little Baby is seeking a vibrant, friendly, and compassionate female Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a warm and welcoming retail environment. You will play a key role in supporting parents and caregivers as they select quality products for their little ones, ensuring a memorable and helpful shopping experience.

How to Apply

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance to help them find suitable baby products (e.g., clothing, feeding accessories, toys, nursery items).

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store products and clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage.

  • Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, mobile money, and card payments securely.

  • Ensure the shop is tidy and well-organized, with fully stocked shelves and attractive displays.

  • Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, stock counting, and reporting low inventory.

  • Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to social media engagement when required.

  • Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification.

  • Basic math and numeracy skills for handling sales and inventory.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new procedures and product knowledge.

  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.

  • Familiarity with social media is an added advantage.
