Job Description
Job Title: Station Manager – Several Positions
Organisation: MOGAS Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Lead business development efforts for the station — promote services and grow sales.
Ensure excellent customer service: customer retention, recruitment of new customers, handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Oversee daily stock reconciliation and balancing — including petroleum “white products,” lubricants, and LPG (if applicable).
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Business development

Daily Stock reconciliation and balancing for white products, Lubricants and LPG
To ensure safety and proper housekeeping.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage
Experience

Ability to find solutions or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
Ability to Make the customer return for Business over & over again
