Job Summary:
As an Interviewer/Data Collector, you will be responsible for gathering accurate, high-quality data from respondents via face-to-face, telephone, or online interviews. Your role is vital in ensuring that our research reflects the true perspectives and experiences of the target populations.

How to Apply
Conduct structured interviews following project guidelines and deadlines.
Administer questionnaires accurately and impartially, adhering to Ipsos quality standards.
Record responses clearly using tablets or mobile data collection devices.
Approach respondents professionally and clearly explain the interview purpose.
Maintain respondent confidentiality and comply with ethical standards in research.
Meet daily and weekly data collection targets set by the Field Supervisor.
Education & Skills:
Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one local language.
Experience:
Experience in CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) data collection on any platform.
Background in social or health research is an advantage.
Language Proficiency Needed:
