Job Title:  Field Sales Executive – Several Positions

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting experienced Field Sales Executives for our client in the telecom sector. The role focuses on selling internet services, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business.

  • Qualifying and following up on sales leads to maximize conversions.

  • Present and explain telecom products and services, highlighting benefits.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on launches, promotions, and onboarding.

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage and market trends.
