How to Apply
Enter, verify, and perform quality checks on specific Case Report Forms for sponsored clinical trials
Promptly respond to queries from the trial data coordinating center
Perform source data verification as needed
Submit routine and ad hoc status reports on data entry progress to the data team head and study coordinator
Perform any other duties as assigned by the lead supervisor(s) or other relevant persons involved in the above activities

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, IT-related training, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or related qualifications.
Current certification in:
Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
Human Subjects Protection (HSP) training for research involving human subjects
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in:
Data Entry/Management using web-based Electronic Data Capture software (e.g., RedCap, OpenClinica, Clinical Ink, or other 21 CFR Part 11 compliant platforms)
Good keyboarding skills (at least 45-50 words per minute) with a low entry error rate (<1%)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with others
Experience
At least 2 years of previous experience in both online and offline data entry for biomedical research or human clinical trials
