Job Title: Service Centre Manager

Job Summary: The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills to ensure efficient repair processes, effective inventory control, and superior customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage repair intake, job card documentation, and technician assignments.
Monitor daily operations, reports, and KPIs.
Handle customer communication, updates, and after-service feedback.
Oversee spare parts ordering, stock levels, and petty cash management.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of service staff.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
