Role Summary
The Service Center Supervisor at Sanlam Uganda leads the daily operations of a customer-facing hub, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective team performance, and operational efficiency in alignment with Sanlam’s service and business targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Competences (Required Skills):
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
