Focal point for all the D&W procurement QAQC aspects and provides QAQC support to the D&W procurement technical Administrators to ensure that the manufacturing process is in accordance with CR EP FP 350, corresponding GS, and in line with the guidelines defined by the métier (HQ).
Define an API Q2 audit plan for all services contracts and conduct the audit as lead auditor.
Implement a Service Quality Plan (SQP) as per the API Q2 or similar standard and as per the service criticality requirement.
Maintain a regular and good communication with the QA/QC department in Headquarters.
Ensure that the SQPs are fully implemented and adapted to the requirements during the contract.
Ensure the action tracking database and follow up management system is up to date.
Provide a QA-QC performance review for the Service Quality Meeting (SQM) and ensure the follow up of the post SQM actions.
Manage the quality initiative by way of communicating expectations to QA/QC Coordinator and Technicians.
Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to junior staff. During the Call for Tender process:
Define the QAQC code & standard required for the scope of the contract.
Evaluate the contractors Quality Management Systems during the technical evaluation/clarification.

BSc Logistics, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent professional experience)
At least 10 years working experience on Oil and Gas.
A least 6 years of Drilling and Wells QAQC experience (OCTG, Equipment procurement, Service contract QAC).
Adequate knowledge of general drilling equipment (mainly tubulars and associated) but also completion. Knowledge of Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) is a plus.
Lead Auditor certification in either ISO9001/APIQ1 or APIQ2 preferred.
Good interpersonal relationship skills, multi discipline and multi-cultural
Flexibility, communication skills, coordination, and leadership ability.
Organizational abilities and sense of priorities.
