Job Description
As a Senior Performance Marketer at GLO, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. You will also serve as a key client contact, managing communication, performance reviews, and strategy sessions. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to ensure the timely delivery and effectiveness of campaigns, and support business development efforts through sales enablement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Set-Up & Management (60%)
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Conduct keyword research, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Ensure accurate tracking and troubleshoot technical campaign issues
Client Account Management (20%)
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Host bi-weekly Google Meet calls to review performance and discuss optimizations
Align campaign KPIs with client business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)
Coordinate with designers and copywriters for ad creatives
Work with the Head of Operations to onboard clients and produce reports
Supervise subcontractors to maintain quality standards
New Business Support (5%)
Assist BDMs with pitch decks and performance projections
Contribute to client proposals and sales calls
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on senior-level experience managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
Proven ability to manage campaigns with budgets of at least £10,000/month
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience with tracking, analytics, and basic SEO as related to Quality Score
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and digital marketing best practice
