Job Description
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead Growthspace's brand and demand-generation efforts by executing multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing automation, coordinating event marketing, and expanding the company's Ambassador program. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Revenue Operations, to build and optimize marketing processes, improve conversion strategies, and drive measurable results. This is an ideal role for an execution-focused marketer with startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Develop and manage email marketing programs, nurture campaigns, and conversion strategies.
Lead marketing automation in HubSpot — including building workflows, landing pages, and email templates.
Write compelling marketing content including emails, landing pages, and ad copy.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
Collaborate across teams to bring structure and clarity to marketing projects.
Manage external vendors and contractors as needed.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
Expertise in leading multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.
