Job Description
The Head of Growth & Demand Generation will spearhead creative and strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive demand for Social+’s platform. The successful candidate will own and implement growth strategies across digital and non-traditional channels, leveraging both proven and experimental tactics. This role demands a high level of autonomy, a bias toward execution, and a passion for disrupting the status quo in marketing. You'll work closely with leadership to turn a bold marketing vision into reality, playing a critical role in the company’s growth journey.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and execute demand generation strategies across digital, social, content, and offline channels
Own performance metrics and KPIs related to lead acquisition, conversion, and pipeline velocity
Develop creative campaigns to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
Utilize both traditional (email, paid ads) and unconventional (guerrilla, community) marketing tactics
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align messaging and timing
Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize for better performance
Build and manage marketing funnels that support long-term community growth
Manage marketing tools and automation platforms
Support brand awareness and positioning in relevant online and offline spaces
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation roles
Demonstrated success running multi-channel B2B campaigns
Experience with SaaS, martech, or community platforms is an advantage
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM tools, and funnel optimization
Exceptional creativity with the ability to think outside the box
Proven track record of experimentation with high-impact results
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Familiarity with ICPs in the creator economy, B2B SaaS, or consumer tech is a plus
