Job Title: Senior People & Culture Officer (Talent Acquisition and Development)
Organisation: BDO East Africa
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Role Purpose
The Senior People & Culture Officer (Talent Acquisition & Development) will lead the design and execution of talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development and retention initiatives across the East Africa region. This role will ensure that the firm has a robust pipeline of high‑quality talent, effective learning & development programs, and succession planning processes that support business growth and strategic objectives.

How to Apply
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRMA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
