• Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee files.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Compliance & Legal Advisory

• Ensure HR policies comply with Ugandan labor laws and industry regulations, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
• Advise management on HR legal matters and regulatory updates.

Talent Development & Training

• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
