Job Description
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will play a key role in building and deploying production-grade ML models that power real-time decision-making. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, developing classification and prediction algorithms, integrating new data sources, and working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve system performance. This is a full-time remote position offering predictable work hours, competitive monthly compensation, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge global companies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, reliable data pipelines for production.
Monitor, debug, and optimize deployed ML models.
Develop real-time classification and prediction algorithms to detect market conditions.
Research, analyze, and integrate new data sources to enhance model accuracy.
Collaborate with optimization engineers, traders, analysts, and software engineers to continuously improve system performance.
Write and maintain production code for local and cloud environments.
Ensure models and systems meet scalability, accuracy, and reliability standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in developing machine learning models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras).
Solid knowledge of statistics, data mining, and data analysis.
Familiarity with databases and data warehouses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
Ability to work comfortably within CET time zone (± 3 hours).
