Job Description
As an AI Translation Trainer, you will contribute to shaping the intelligence of tomorrow’s technology. Your work will involve evaluating AI performance, annotating and labeling data, translating and transcribing text, and creating high-quality prompts and responses. You will also be involved in data augmentation, content quality evaluation, preference ranking, and similarity assessments. This flexible, remote role provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI while working on your own terms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluate AI model performance and provide structured feedback.
Annotate and label elements of content for improved understanding.
Classify and categorize data into predefined labels.
Assess content quality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Generate and refine prompts, responses, and summaries for AI systems.
Translate and transcribe spoken or written language.
Conduct preference ranking and similarity evaluations.
Perform data augmentation by creating additional training datasets.
Collect and compile diverse datasets (text, audio, video, images) for model training.
Rewrite and refine text to improve clarity and alignment with guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree (in any specialization) or currently pursuing one; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) are an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation and annotation.
Ability to follow complex guidelines consistently.
Good communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
