Job Description
As an AI Trainer at Anuttacon, you will play a key role in enhancing immersive and personalized gaming experiences. You will be responsible for annotating game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with player engagement goals. The role involves worldbuilding, creating detailed character profiles, and evaluating AI model responses to improve dialogue quality and overall user experience. This position also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with research and product teams in developing state-of-the-art large language models.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Annotate game content including dialogues, quests, and character interactions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of in-game content.
Create in-depth worldbuilding elements such as character profiles, mini-plots, and personality details.
Evaluate AI-generated responses against established rubrics to enhance player experience.
Collaborate with product and research teams to advance AI/ML models.
Provide constructive feedback and maintain adherence to detailed guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
